SportAccord Convention takes place in London, 3 – 8 April 2011
As a delegate at the 2011 SportAccord Convention you will join 1500 individuals from the highest echelons of global sport, each looking to share insights, ideas and do business with fellow rights holders, cities and businesses.

Delegate passes include:
Pre-Event
• Access to the NetWorker tool from 2 months before the event starts to view and contact other delegates to pre-arrange meetings to maximise time on site at the Convention.
During the event
• Negotiated rates in the Park Plaza Hotel or one of the other official event hotels in London – this includes breakfast and internet.
• Full access to conference and exhibition
• Delegate bag containing useful event information including official event guide
• Coffee Breaks, Lunches, Official Buffet Dinners
• Entrance to the Host’s Opening Ceremony and welcome buffet reception*
• Invitation to the evening cocktail receptions
Post Event
• Access to the NetWorker tool for a period of 3 months to contact other participants
• Free copy of SportAccord Convention Annual (issued post event)

Delegate Passes - Prices:
- CHF1,800 per delegate pass if booked before 24th December 2010.
- CHF2,100 per delegate if booked between 25th December 2010 and 3rd March 2011.
- CHF2,500 per delegate if booked between 4th March and 1st April 2011.
48 hour initial application process
Registration will be online from October 2010 – please note the start of the online registration process involves an application process that can take up to 48 hours before your registration is approved and you receive correspondence with ‘next steps’ instructions. Please start this application process at least 48 hours in advance of the deadline dates above to benefit from the corresponding delegate fee.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation on or before 24th December 2010 - 100% refund.
- Cancellation on or before 28th January 2011 – 50% of the overall fee will be refunded.
- After the 28th January 2011 – No refunds will be available.
